Sorry I was copying from some notes that I had took of a website which I believe is wrong and should have written the father that I traced them back to.
In the original answer should have wrote their father was Robert not James.
It was William's wife Rebecca,whose maiden name was also Waller ,whose father wasJames. It was her sister Ellen who married Daniel Dowd and had a daughter Margaret.

I believe this is the Robert Waller who is William's brother and went to Manly.

Robert Waller from Cliffin Cavan married Matilda Johnston 1854.

I can’t find the shipping list for the GRETNA.

I’d like to know which son and daughter made the trip with them.

If Thomas is also their son, one of the boys must have come over earlier/later.

There is a Thomas arriving NSW:

Looking at NSW marriages there is a Thomas H to an Elizabeth in 1886. So, I think Robert A may have arrived later.

However, there is also Thomas H marrying an Elizabeth M in 1909. So, it could be either or.
