I have a photo of the wedding of Alexander Easton Ferguson and Robina Campbell Mills married in 1939 at Tullialan.
No descendants of this family exist
The photo shows two adult bridesmaids.
Is there any way to find out their names
Cheers
Ferguson (Stirling & Parish of Kincardine) Stevenson (Bannockburn) Cowan (Stirling) McLean (Glasgow, Dundee & Skye)

Have you tried seeing if there was a write up about the wedding in the local paper?

That's a very good suggestion heywood.
Also you could look to see if the bride or groom had adult sisters who may have been the maids and estimate their ages from the photo.

You could also get a copy of the Marriage Certificate from SP Ref - 458/B 5 and this will give you the Witnesses names.
Perhaps this could give you a clue as to the 2 bridesmaids in your photo.

Seems to be the way to go. I did fancy a trip to the records office.

Record offices still shut unfortunately due to this pesky virus.
You can get a copy online though at SP. Have you used them before (probably) have you any credits?

Also look at the wider family; the girls might be cousins of the bride or groom.
