Cause Petition, Under "The Court of Chancery (Ireland), Regulation Act, 1850. Sec. 15.
In the Matter of Francis Fawcett, Petitioner.
Caldwell H. Lipsett, and Emma his wife, Edward Andrew Hamilton, Frances Ada Hamilton, Wilhelmina Hamilton, and Richard Alfred Hamilton, Respondents.
I HEREBY require all persons claiming to be Creditors, or pecuniary Legatees of John Hamilton, late of Millview, otherwise Urbaldstown, and of Mary Anne Hamilton, late of Ballyshannon, both in the Country of Donegal deceased, on or before the 14th day of March next, to furnish in writing to Johnston Teevan Solicitor, for the Petitioner, the Amount and particulars of their several demands...

Further to the above notice, I can see Church of Ireland baptisms for:
- Emma Hamilton in 1838 (Inishmacsaint parish), parents John and Mary Anne Hamilton;
- Frances Hamilton in 1841 (Drumhome parish), parents John Hamilton, gentleman, and Mary.

Then this from the Dublin Daily Express of 28 September 1861:
Lipsett and Hamilton - September 25, at the Chapel of Ease, Londonderry, by the Rev. William Craig, Caldwell H. Lipsett, Esq., of Dominica, to Emma, daughter of the late John Hamilton, Esq., of Millview, county Donegall.

From the Londonderry Standard of 16 September 1865:
ALEXANDER & HAMILTON - Sept. 13, at St. George's Church, Dublin, by the Rev. Richard Barton, Rector of the Parish, Joseph Alexander, Esq., solicitor, Fivemiletown, county Tyrone, to Frances Ada, second daughter of the late John Hamilton, Esq., Millview, county Donegal.

One of the witnesses was a John Fawcett:

I was interested in the LIPSETT connection with Dominica, West Indies.

Maybe a son.  The 1900 marriage records shows an Emma Lipsett as one of the witnesses.

The birth of a Henrietta Wilhelmina Hamilton at Canterbury New Zealand on 2 April 1864 was registered locally at Ballyshannon on 1 September 1865 (but note the comment on left):

Daughter Isabella, of Dingleicoush, Bundoran, married Bartlett Miller Jnr in 1905 in Christ Church, Finner. Note that H.W. Hamilton (Henry Wybrants) was one of the witnesses as was her sister Mary A. H.?
