I actually dont know how to search census on Ancestry from folio numbers.
If I find the tree I.should be able to follow their refs

I did find a widowed Thomas with daughter Annie 20 which could be them

If you have Ancestry then it's pretty easy using ref numbers.
Go to the year you want  ie 1881/1891 etc
Go to england census or scottish or what you require
Scroll down and you should see piece no. , folio no., page no. Enter the numbers people post, click and a list of names should appear. Go to the name you want, click and the image should appear.
Give it a go.
