Thanks so much, Sandra and Shelley,

For finding so much on Herbert Johnson and family.

It’s clear about Herbert, but I’m very curious as to what became of Catherine (Katie) Kean Johnson...

Minnie Tucker Johnson doesn’t sound the sort of lady to make a bigamous Marriage, - but what became of Catherine, - Herbert’s first Wife?

I can’t see her on the Passenger Lists, - and if she died, presumably there would have been a Death Entry for her? It’s very perplexing!

Romilly.

There was another entry 3 Feb 1910 but Katie Kean did not travel - gave her aunt address 96 Mython Street Alexander Park. Manchester. She was going to Rhode Island on that entry as well. Friend Frances Jas Hatton, 305 Blackstone, Bonethorpe, Rhode Island ?
for what it's worth:
1910 Providence City Directory
Arthur J Hatton, nurse Butler Hospital, boards there
Francis J Hatton, nurse Butler Hospital, boards there
Butler Hospital is currently at 345 Blackstone Boulevard in Providence, Rhode Island

But Bonethorpe/Ronethorpe isn't showing up and it's not in a list of Providence neighborhoods.
