The second to bottom line of this reverse of a marriage licence says Mary Smith ..... de Weston?

What is the small word between SMITH & de

(the marriage was at Pattingham, Staffordshire)

thank you

I think it is Weston, and the little word after Smith looks like 'par' with a contraction mark. In full this would be parochiae - 'of the parish'.
Researching among others:
Bartle, Bilton, Bingley, Campbell, Craven, Emmott, Harcourt, Hirst, Kellet(t), Kennedy,
Meaburn, Mennile/Meynell, Metcalf(e), Palliser, Robinson, Rutter, Shipley, Stow, Wilkinson
