I have gone through the album again, and I think this picture shows the same lady in the doorway at sewing machine, there is nothing written on the reverse.  I am wondering is the name Pilling Hill referring to the pilling of fabric rather than a place?  Still doesn't gives us the answer of where this house is though, there is however a Pilling Street in Manchester which would link with the other pics in the album, just to throw a spanner in the works? Here's another one just to really confuse things..on looking closely at the sewing machine, do you think this looks this an american one rather than British?

Just to add that the 3rd pic in the house trio has 'Denby Dale' written at the top - this is very near Skelmanthorpe....
