William Yorke of Yeaton  Costatine ????  in the county of
Sallop

I can see Yeaton on the map, but no hint of what the second part of the name might be

And in the second piece the name of the first Turner child
Do you think the second child is Johne or Joane?

Grateful as always for help.

I think the parish is Eaton Constantine.

I’m uncertain what it means (no doubt google will help you) but the missing word is ‘specialtie’.

Added I see you have already edited to that effect.

Looking at the snips you’ve provided and at the way the letter ‘a’ is written, to include an odd little upstroke, I think the missing name on snip 2 is Joane.

2nd snip - as JenB says, the letter 'a' is the key, but note the variations in how tightly it's formed. So I agree with Joane, and the first name is Walter.
Researching among others:
Bartle, Bilton, Bingley, Campbell, Craven, Emmott, Harcourt, Hirst, Kellet(t), Kennedy,
Meaburn, Mennile/Meynell, Metcalf(e), Palliser, Robinson, Rutter, Shipley, Stow, Wilkinson
