James Haynes 1836 marriage witnesse looks to be Williams Brother.
He is a Miller and his 1838 marriage is on Anc, his Father William a Miller

1851 Census
Newnham
William Haynes   65 Head Mar Miller born Newnham
Mary Haynes   65 Wife Mar born Badby
Henry Haynes   10 Grandson born Newnham

William married Mary SHAKESPEAR 16 Jul 1807 Staverton
(Anc)

1841 Census
William Hayns   50 Miller
Mary Hayns   50
Lousia Hayns   20
George Hayns   20
Ann Hayns     15

So looks like Louisa was a Sister also

William was buried 05 Aug 1854 age 68
Mary was buried 09 Jul 1857 age 71
