The article I have seen, quite a few mistakes. I have also sent heather copies of the bombing records and a photo of the bombed school her Great Grandfather was killed at.

Some errors in the article, not to mention locations of some of the photos.

(1) Walter Born in 1903, and wasn't killed in the Barracks Attack (same night though) as the article reads later, it was at Charlotte Street School!

(2) The picture of the family, just before the outbreak of war was before or in 1930 as his wife died a few months after they lost 3rd daughter.

(3) St Cyrus Plane crash was July 41, Not April 41

(4) Cattofield Air raid shelter was Kittybrewster, and was used by Railway workers at the station.

Walter Wren is my Great Grandfather. My Grandmother was Mary Wren.
