Occupation on 1851 census

Can Chatters help with the attached occupation in the 1851 census? It's for Henry Glanville age 23 years residing in Buckland Monachorum (with brother William). It looks like 'w...ter' but no idea other than that. Many thanks!

TheGenealogist transcribed it as "carter".

I think it is' Visitor'. There are a couple more on page 12, with 'Visitor' in the Occupation column.

This one is on page 131 (folio 11) - Mary Curtis, a lodger from Tavistock

I also think it is Visitor comparing it to other entries by the same enumerator

Thank you, everyone. 'Visitor' makes sense but how maddening not to have an occupation to vaildate him in later censuses.
