No Death Registration details

Hello

Im looking to order a death certifcate from GRO and where it asks for district number and page i cant answer it as all it has is the date of death , will GRO still produce cert but more of a fee because i cant provide details as there not there


death was only 2015

Are you using the GRO website to order it from as you should be able to just select the record you want without having to fill in a form

One I have looked at in 2015 shows-

just clicked on that link you sent and again it still asks for district and entry number which i cant give as i cant find it anywhere

Only the questions marked with a red asterisk are required. Year, Surname and sex  are all you need, but obviously the forename narrows the search.

Yes i know all the details that are required for this person just dont know page and volume number as it cant be found

I think maybe ill just ring GRO and pay the excess amount for the cert
