Other entries in that book look like Llantysilio ( maybe Llandysilio ) and Cymo, if that helps.

Maes yr Ychen is in Llantysilio as some of my ancestors were from there.  The page has mentions of  Llangollen as well.
If I recall correctly, it's to the north of Llantysilio and west of the Horseshoe Pass.

Pritchardgeo, just in case you missed it, a few pages earlier is the burial entry for Robert Pritchard's son, Richard (from memory, it was 1681)

My 2x great grandparents had a small farm in that Llantysilio township and then they came upon hard times and he was a road labourer when he died.

We used to go on walks from school along the canal to Llantysilio, whee the Llangollen canal starts  :)
