Bedelia E Degens is a family member of mine that I can't seem to find any birth or death records for... she married William Wallace in 1936, Troon, I don't have the marriage certificate but they had a son in 1937 called William Douglas Wallace, he died in 2009. I haven't even tried looking for birth or death for William as I already know there would be too many..

From Rosie's details, can't easily see a birth for her. Maybe some siblings though:

John James Degens 1913 in Hillhead
Thomas Joseph Degens 1915 in Monkton and Prestwick
Sheila Degens 1918 in Monkton and Prestwick

Can't see parents' marriage in Scotland (Degens/McGowan). The birth certs above, if siblings, will include date and place of parents' marriage.

A possible birth on SP Bedillia Diggins 1910 Skelmorlie North Ayrshire might be worth checking

A marriage for a John Diggins to a Bridget McGowan 1904 Inverkip
Getting a copy of the marriage 1936 as Forfarian has  suggested will give you parents names

That must be them under Diggins, Rosie.

A Bridget Degens/McGowan died in Monkton and Prestwick in 1957 aged 81.

A John Degens died in the same area in 1963 aged  87.

Added: Possible death for Sheila Degens in Glasgow in 1972 aged 54. Also Thomas Joseph in 1987 in Ayr aged 71. Mother 's maiden name given as McKeown. Maybe an error?

I would say so Monica there are 4 possible female births from 1905 to 1909 with same surname Diggens. In the same district  Skelmorlie /Ayr
