Kerry Regiment request
« on: Friday 18 September 20 13:39 BST (UK) »
Hi
Can anyone share ANY information on Capt. E P Conway.
I know he was the Adjutant in the 3rd Battalion Kerry Regiment around 1910.
That's all I have!
Thanks in advance.

Did you perhaps mean the 3rd Battalion, The Royal Munster Fusiliers; formerly known as the Kerry Militia?

Royal Munster Fusiliers were formed in the 1881 Childers Reforms, and consisted of 101st Regiment of Foot, 104th Regiment of Foot and various local Militia units from the Province of Munster.

I am Zoe Northeast, granddaughter of Maximilian Double.

It is with great difficulty I share with you that in the early hours of 07 August 2021, Maximilian passed away unexpectedly but peacefully.

With deep sadness,
Zoe

Apologies, should have asked earlier, when did the Kerry Militia become the RMF?
