Just lost a massive post!!!
Can’t find it anywhere ,there are Gremlins in this iPad!
Or it could be me ( now you know where Flash Harry gets it from— “ Well it might have been me”)
I think ennui ( posh for boredom ) is to blame for tiredness and lack of enthusiasm , there seems no light at the end of the tunnel as yet, but scientists are working flat out and some very encouraging results and findings are happening.
The best case scenario is a vaccine ,so like flu it will be preventable if not eradicated.
On Radio this morning “ This is spread from person to person so we must keep distance between ourselves and others, there is no other way to contain it “. There should be posters all over the place to that effect.
Hope things are better with those a bit down, you try your best and yet figures rise, it is understandable we get disheartened.
Hope all is well with the little boy,Caroline, I worry aboutFH, at school now.
He has poor immunity.
Was on 2000 units of antibiotics at two days old ,born with sepsis ,he had inhaled and swallowed meconium during a protracted labour .
Mum very tiny.
His parents battled it out , trying hard not to use antibiotics for the slightest things, hoping he would develop some immunity naturally.
Does seem better .
Tomatoes, I love them, but do you know they and bananas make my gout flare up.
Fylde ( Blackpool ) tomatoes were truly delicious ,can’t seem to get them now.You could eat them like apples .
Apples, just cooked some, for pies or apple cakes. Not made my mind up yet!
Given to me by a lady across the side lane ,her friend gave her too many .
They are having a virtual Harvest at her Church so she wants to photograph my apple tree ( dwarf) instead of actual fresh produce being donated.
So baking for distribution .
No plans fir today other than a good tidy of lounge , then kitchen after baking.
Manana ( manyana), can’t do the thingy over the n to give the nya sound.
Tomorrow!
New paint coming Monday ,now the fiddle if returning the yellow peril.
Are you sure none of you want some mustard yellow paint named Magnolia.
I must check, you don’t think I got ?Mongolia by mistake!
I mentioned thst in a previous post but will check again.
Sorry about visits that can’t go ahead, Life is going by quickly despite boredom etc, weeks seem short ,wonder why.
Got a brochure from our local holiday company ,only in this country ,a nice family firm .
Even if it was possible , masks to be worn throughout the journey to say
Bournemouth , toilet stops more frequent and at designated stops for sanitising , coach sanitised every day.
Only half the travellers so of course more expensive for those that do.
Tables at hotel spaced out and no evening gathering for that
convivial drink before bed.
Can’t be bothered.
But they are really trying ,and sad if they fold.
They do door to door pick ups and returns ,wonderful for oldies like myself.
Perhaps some day.
I think I will go for my walk now, thrm can work all afternoon ,baking and that tidy up!
No one is coming are they!
Cheerio ,thanks everyone for the news.
Do you know ladies ,you can strip to any music at all, we used to do it at college when changing for and dressing after PE .
The Hallelujah Chorus is good, and also for slow movements “Sheep May safety graze”.
We did not exactly expose skin, but acted daft with movements probably seen somewhere or other !
The “dressing “ was funnier than the “stripping“.
Stockings then not tights!
On that note I will go for my walk. .
Cheerio, Hallelujah ,Hallelujah
Viktoria Rose Lee.
