As far as I can see there is not a birth record matching the parameters you've given.

What is the source of the information you have given in your initial post?

If it is a marriage certificate transcription, can you please provide all details on the record.
Thanks, Sue

NSW BDM online index has Mary as BURNES for the 1884 marriage registered in the district of Dubbo.  It is possible that there are the usual elusive blanks re parents and the NSW BDM likely had not reconciled its holdings with church registers from those rural districts.  BUT the index has an 'E' in BURNES.   :)

I should also mention that Reedy Creek was and still is a locality in NSW ... postcode 2849, near Rylestone, so likely within the 1880s police district of Dubbo.

Thanks to my ancient living rellies residing in the Mudgee region and who are alert and checking and using their phone for actual phone calls.  :'( ;D ;D

There is one in VIC, also: ‘Reedy Creek is a locality in central Victoria, Australia. The locality is in the Shire of Mitchell local government area, 99 kilometres north of the state capital, Melbourne. It is at 358 metres elevation. At the 2016 census, Reedy Creek had a population of 166’

Could be related:

3690/1882 GRIBBEN Hugh to BURNES Frances DUBBO

4006/1884 BRADLEY John to BURNES Mary DUBBO

4866/1888 BURCH William to BURNES Martha NYMAGEE

I can’t find anything else on these folk.  :-\

Thank you everyone ,for your input.
I have a photo copy of marraige for Mary Burns & John Bradley from the church, which shows in her hand writing the name is Burns  I believe the Burnes spelling is a transcript error.
I also shows her birth place a Reedy Creek in Victoria.
There is mention of a Martha Burns ,as a witness on the marraige certificate, so will follow up the entry for a marraige as mentioned.

On the photocopy from the church that you have, who gave permission for Mary to Mary.marry

If she was born in abt 1866 as you suggest and married in 1884, she was probably underage.

Is the occupation of her father William mentioned?
