Looking for a Samuel Orford, Latchford, Warrington.

Could someone please look up the 1851/61 census's for a Samuel Orford he was the licensee of the Spinners Arms, Latchford, Warrington, any information about him and his family and public house would be most welcome.

Yes his age would help to find the correct person.  I can see a cotton spinner but not a licensee.

Same here - most of the 1851 entries were too young to be working or not living in the right area

There are 1841 deaths in Warrington for a Samuel & Hannah Orford - Samuel 67 and Hannah 36

Have you tried variations on Samuel's surname e.g. Horford, Oxford, Arford in case it was incorrectly transcribed?
Was he definitely a publican in 1851 and 1861?
If you know that he was at the Spinner's Arms in those years you could search census for the address on FindMyPast or The Genealogist.
There may have been notices or news articles about the pub in local newspapers.
