Treble surname in Northam

I have Treble ( variants in spelling ) surname in Northam area in the late 1700s and early to mid 1800s . On Devon Land Tax and Valuation records x 2 ( 1785 / 1789 ) I have , William Treble is shown as the occupier with John Husband as the owner with the sum assessed as 4s 2d .
The property in question is - Tallin's House .

Is this property still in situ I wonder ? Could it still be called Tallin's House ? Does anybody in the local area know of any knowledge regarding this house throughout the years ?

Any info . would be appreciated .

Hi and thanks..surprisingly  there is a lot of info . out there of the area that has come in useful . At some stage , a day out to this part of the south west may be worthwhile as there are a few things to check out .
Tallin's House though..mmm a surname from previous occupier , who knows ? Something local to the area maybe .

There were Tallins baptised in Northam 1697-1742 and then again one in 1868.
