Kenneth Cook born 1925 Bristol Gloucestershire, married Shirley Hughes born 1934, Thornbury Gloucestershire, in 1955 Bristol.

Sometime afterwards they moved to America, Kenneth already had a sister living there.

Yes, His full name was Kenneth George Cook, his parents were Leonard and Elvira Cook
