Which Charlemont?

Hello everyone,
My grandfather's family were living at 16 Charlemont Avenue, in 1887 (according to my 2nd great uncle's baptism). This baptism was in Harrington St - therefore St Kevin's. 

The Charlemont references nearest St Kevin's are Street, Square and Place.  The only Avenue is Dun Laoghaire, not near St Kevin's.

Is the baptism entry likely to be an error or was there another Charlemont Avenue near St Kevin's which no longer exists or was renamed?
