Mary Davies Census Look Up

Hello, I am in need of some help please in finding Mary Davies b 1856,Parents Jonah and Mary nee Evans. I have Mary and father Jonah in the 1871 Census, Parish - Aberdare, Mary aged 15 b Glamorganshire, Jonah aged 49 born Carmarthenshire, Address 5 Sion Trc, which is correct as I have this address in Mary's Hymn Book. I cannot find them again in a earlier cencus. Mary married Edward Edwards in 1871 Cwmbach and migrated to Aus in 1875.  I would presume Mary(nee Evans) has died as she is not listed in this 1871 census. Any help would be much appreciated.

For places of birth you will have to check the 1851 census. Better not rely on my transcribing them!
The 1849 marriage at Aberdare is online, perhaps someone can look up the full details for you?

Thanks John, I don't have access to Ancestry or any other ancestry site at the moment to veiw record, probably best all round if I put this search off till I renew my subscription. Thanks for your help.

Thanks heaps for your help! "Davies and Evans" are certainly very commone names in Wales, can get so frustrating when you don't get anywhere in searching for these family ancestors.

Just in case you want to look at the record itself, either search for Mary Evans in 1849, or Jonah DAVIS.  Jonah is entered in the register as Davis, but signs as Davies.
