What record was it?
(Link to the site).

No idea if its familysearch, FindMyPast , ancestry, Findagrave, or anything else.

Yes, it came from the familysearch site, but as far as I can see there is no URL link - it just says that it came from the record set "England Deaths and Burials 1538 - 1991"
