Yes very well done, this would be the very reason i cant find any other info for Ronald, thank you so much for your help eveyone, i can close this chapter in my tree for Ronald but will still try to confirm more for his mother Evelyn.

I wonder if Ronald's 1924 death certificate would be of any help 

If his mother Eveyln was the informant at least you would know that she was still living in 1924 and have an address. You could try the Electoral Register to see if she was still listed at that address up until her husband's remarriage 1930.

As CaroleW mentioned Henry's 1930 m/c would confirm if he was widowed or not, Cheshire BMD shows it was a Stockport Civil Marriage or Registrar Attended.
