Frederick (Udale) Udolloress is in more than 20 trees on Ancestry - have you compared notes to see if anyone has more information?

There is a marriage of a Caroline UDALE to a John DAVIS at Walsall in 1888.

It's Caroline Emery / John Davis , marriage 1888 Walsall.

Caroline seemed to be recorded as Yeomans, but appears to sign as Annie Newmans Davis at marriage in 1893.  Just for information.

It's Caroline Emery / John Davis , marriage 1888 Walsall.

Caroline Emery must have married Edward Joseph Hardwick (not John Davis)
Here they are in Walsall in 1891
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:W39V-1ZM

Birth of William
HARDWICK, WILLIAM  COLIN
Mother's Maiden Surname: EMERY
GRO Reference: 1889  M Quarter in WALSALL  Volume 06B  Page 667

And in 1901, Caroline Hardwick, 31, born Walsall.
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XSWM-VDY

Birth of Elsie
HARDWICK, ELSIE  MAY
Mother's Maiden Surname: EMERY
GRO Reference: 1892  J Quarter in WALSALL  Volume 06B  Page 768

So it's a different Caroline Emery!

Just in case you do not have this. In the 1881 census Frederick has been transcribed as Frederic Eldale and is in Winksworth. Given that he can seemingly be located in all censuses the North America connection is fictional - obvious question is why ?

Thank you all for showing interest in my enquiry.
I have already tried the avenues suggested so far.
In 1895 before the changes made to the 1893 marriage register The first child of the marriage Carrie was registered by mother C (presumably Caroline) UDALE
Wivenhoe you will see Mckha has answered your query for me. Mckha  I have searched the 1891 census for Caroline as either an EMERY or a DAVIS again with out success.
Early days for my enquiry and I live in hope.
Thank you ALL!!
