Help deciphering Full occupation from 1871 Census

Would greatly appriciate a hand making sense of this off the 1871 cenus, relates to my GGG Grandfather. I can only really make out shepard.

I think it says

Occupation of sheep walk - 700 acres employing 1 lab(ourer)

Add - not sure of 'walk'

Add - not sure of 'walk'

I agree with Gadget, except that i think the first word is 'Occupier'

I was looking at that again Jennifer, and decided that occupier is the most likely.  Does the overwriting, bottom right,  say Farmer

The word I had an initial problem with was "walk"
