Looking for more info on Elizabeth Aldrit b: abt 1759
married Thomas Pott in 1783 in Hamstall Ridware.
looking for more info on her parents William and Mary

Not quite sure how you know her parents were William and Mary if as you say she was born 'about 1759' - where did you get their names from if you haven't found a baptism?

freereg,org.uk have Elizabeth Aldrit baptised 23rd Jan 1760 at Hampstall Ridware, father William, mother Mary.
Also Lydia Jan 1762 and William Dec 1763.
Can't see a marriage for William and MAry.

There would also appear to be John Aldrit at Hampstall Ridware at the same time. (Brother?)
John Aldrit married Mary Hodkisson Jan 1761 HR.

freereg has some 57 entries for 'Aldrit' from 1700 - 1800 at Hampstall Ridware, and picks up a range of alternative spellings if you tick the soundex box.

Looks as if father William was buried Nov 1787.
Possibly the William baptised ('Alldrett') Jul 1736

There is an administration (unfortunately not a will, but there is an Inventory which might give you some interesting information), for a John Aldritt of Hampstall Ridware in 1729.

Good chance related I'd think. This should be on findmypast - comes under The Diocese of Lichfield.

There is an administration of goods  for the William Aldritt died 1787. He died without making a will.
Again on findmypast. His wife is named Jane.
Unfortunately no childrens' names mentioned.

A William Aldrit married Jane Dakin 4.4.1774 at Hampstall Ridware. Again on findmypast, although the image gives no further information like ages, widower etc.
Possibly William's first wife Mary had died and he was remarrying.
You need to check for the burial of a Mary Aldrit prior to this.
