Who Lived in a House Like This?

Here is another unknown building that I would like to put a name to. It feels familiar to me but I don't know whether that is because of the times that I have looked at it.

The chimney pots are rather like those at Hampton Court and the roof looks decorative.

What are the (2?) arches on the bottom left. Too small for a garage?

Could they be the entrance to the front door depending on whether you go up the steps on the right or along the path? on the left?
