I live in Speke so it is easy for me - it is very possible there are modern day family as well - I have posted on Speke Past and Present site and may have a possible 4 descendants - waiting for confirmation  :)

About 20 trees on Ancestry, with Stockton as William Stockton Poston's mmn.  A Joseph Stockton on a tree is born 1744 and another in 1782 in the correct area etc etc.
