I've attempted to transcribe - but can't make out a few bits of text... can you help with it.
ALso interested in some of the abbreviations.. some I have transcribed.

BB - Benjamin Bayley
PAM & JE - Peter Archer Mulgrave & J Evans
ED - Edward Dumaresq
AM - A Mundy
