Charles Hinton 1816-1851
« on: Monday 05 October 20 20:41 BST (UK) »
Has anybody got access to parish registers for Crux Easton/Kingsclere after 1840?

I'm looking for help with the baptisms of Charles' children. He married Louisa Bishop in 1843 and I think they had four children.

I have approximate births but nothing definite

James (My great great grandfather who I know was born 13/02/1851)
Ellen (1845)
Rosa Ann (1847)
Charles 1849

I know Charles died in 1851 and Louisa remarried Charles Cummins and went on to have four more children:

Jane (1858)
Leah (1863)
Henry (1864)
Frederick (1866)

Any help would be really appreciated

The children were not baptised in Kingsclere - transcripts of the registers are available online here:

(link already posted on the Hampshire Resources board)

I can't find any transcriptions for Crux Easton after 1840 at the moment.
