Help reading naval record

Hi got a naval record I'm struggling to read and decipher if anyone is able to help me? Thanks Martin

First Remarks . District - V Dks (Victoria Docks) No idea what Waste for December and date refers to.
 Transferred to RN (Royal Navy) as Stoker 2nd Class .
ON (Order Number)83??5 From Chatham Barracks  on 6/12/33.
Removed from RnR Strength 6 Dec 1933

    Victoria Docks 10/10/33
More movements at Vic Docks30/11/33 & ?/12/33
Looks like transferred to RN Reserve 21/12/39

This record depicts a member of the Royal Naval Reserve [RNR] who transfers to the Royal Navy.

Transfered to RN as Stoker 2nd Class Official No [ON] C/KX 86?35 on 6.12.1933 and removed from RNR strength as from 5.12.1933.

[Can't make out the third digit but this is his official or service number and it depicts a stoker with a home port of Chatham.

RV2 and RV58 are RNR documents.

I think the Service Number could be  C/KX  83625   .presume C prefix signifies issued at Chatham.
What do you reckon.

Yes, the C is the Home Port prefix for Chatham so you are correct.
