Harriett THOMAS nee SALT completely vanished after 1901. Driving me crazy!!!

Any help anybody can give will be very gratefully received!!! I'm going round and round in circles with this one!
Harriett Salt born Upton upon Severn 1851 to parents Joseph and Harriett Salt.
I've got the family in 1861 living in Upton on Severn
In 1871 she is a servant for Jane Beauchamp in Worcester. Her younger sisters are in an orphanage as their parents have died.
in 1881 she is married to Richard Thomas and living at Cromwell street in Worcester with some children.
1891 she is still at the same address with her husband.
1901 she is still at the same address with her husband.
I think her husband Richard died in 1908 in Worcester aged 67.
Then..... where does she go after that? I can't find her in 1911, or find a marriage or death for her. The family isn't wealthy so I doubt she has gone abroad.
One possibility is a Harriett Bishop living in Wales in 1911 with husband John Bishop. But he seems to be a very grey character with no background on any census, and I can't find their supposed marriage. But even after that I can't find a death for her.
So where does she go to after 1901?
I will be very grateful for any snippet anybody could find.

Your subject header is misleading - Salt was her maiden name.  You are looking for Harriett Thomas

in 1881 she is married to Richard Thomas

If she had daughters - did they marry and could she be with one of them in 1911 under their married surname?

One possibility is a Harriett Bishop living in Wales in 1911 with husband John Bishop. But he seems to be a very grey character with no background on any census, and I can't find their supposed marriage.

Long shot but there is a Harriett A Bishop born 1851 death Upton Upon Severn age 89.

Would be worth looking into if only to rule her out as someone else.

She had one daughter Elizabeth who married man called Osborne. She's not with her in 1911. I've amended the title by the way, so hope its not misleading now.

Married for 1 year and yes the birthplace matches. But the marriage doesn't seem to exist anywhere.

I haven't found any evidence that she had a middle name, but thanks for that. Will jot that down as a possibility.

You've said she was born in Upton on Severn, but in fact her baptism and the 1901 census show Hanley Castle. Joseph and Harriett are living there in the 1851 census

Odd one and probably not correct-but there's a possible 1909 marriage in Worcester for John William CURRIE and Har*t THOMAS.

A birth 1868 for John William CURRIE  Bury.
