Kiwihugh,

If a member has changed email address and not notified us yes the email will be bounce back to us with a message to say "no know user etc". Some of our members do have "I am sorry but my email is not working at the moment" under their username.

If I knew which member you are referring to I could have checked for you but you did not say.
