John West and Peter Hall in Watford

Seeking any information on these two men John West and Peter Hall,  who leased land c 1700 to 1720's that was owned by George Clerke of Watford and then his daughter Dame Dorothy Francklin. The yardland was in the Netherend Fields of Watford.

Death dates or even possibility of Wills, would be most welcome.
Rees: innkeeper/farmer/solicitor, Haverfordwest, Wales; Menzies: innkeeper, Glen Lyon, Scotland;
Tomkins: merchants, London;  Lee:  farmers, Watford Village, Northamptonshire; Pocock, teachers, Bristol; Grace: doctors, cricketers, Gloucestershire; Day: lithographers, London; Clark:  teachers, Folkstone.
Banks: farmer/curriers/shoemakers, East Ham, Bermondsey, East End

Have you looked on the National Archives website as many wills are free to download at the moment if you register on the site
