Death certificate help

Hi, I’d really appreciate it if someone could please help me decipher what the cause of death is in the attached photo.  I think the first part is bronchopneumonia, but I can’t read the rest of it!  Thanks in advance

If this was the 1960s or thereabouts, I think the coroner is probably G. Thurston (as in Gavin Thurston).
