Marriage look up please for

Looking for the marriage between Thomas Blore (spelling surname alters) and Elizabeth James.  Thomas was born 1730 Ilam Staffordshire parents Simon and Elizabeth Blore (maiden name Oakden) I have a date for the marriage but can find no records to confirm, the date and place I have is: Feb 22 1760 • Holy Cross Church, Ilam
Thomas is my Great Grandfather x 4 so would like evidence of this marriage if possible.
