The only Miriam Bebbington marrige I can find to a Wright was in 1934. Suggests she was born earlier than 1921 - or she didn;t marry a Wright

The Miriam who married in 193 was from the Northwich area, b 1916 parents Arthur and Maud Christina

OK - think I;ve cracked it (a bit). I suspect some mixing of generation and relations in the telling of the family hstory

Holyhead - 1901. All born there except as shown

Charles Bebbington    47 - railway signalman b Chester
Jane Bebbington    41 [nee WIlliams]
Margaret Bebbington    19
Louisa Bebbington    14
Mary E Bebbington    10
Charles R Bebbington    6
Richard Williams    44 - brother in law, railway goods porter

1911 - still in Holyhead. Daughter Margaret has married a Mr Wright
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:X7J3-T1K

Not 100% dure about the marriage. Best fit is Maggie to James Henry Wright in Manchester, Q4 1907

Then - aha! A birth

Miriam Wright
Mother's Maiden Name:    Bebbington
Q3   Jul 1921
Holyhead  Vol    11b p858

There are some trees on Ancestry which confirm Mabel's findings.

Marriage:-
Charles Bebbington, son of Charles, married Mary Edwards, daughter of John, on 8th May 1835 in Hawarden, Flintshire. All labourers or servant.
Witnesses: William Gee and Thomas Barber.

1851 Census - Upton by Chester
Charles  Bebbington  Head 35  1816  Nurserey Labourer  Tarporley, Cheshire
Mary (Edwards)  Bebbington  Wife 35  1816  -  Dodleston, Flintshire
James  Bebbington  Son 9  1842  Scholar  Christleton, Cheshire
George  Bebbington  Son 7  1844  Scholar  Upton, Cheshire
William  Bebbington  Son 4  1847  Scholar  Upton, Cheshire
Frederick  Bebbington  Son 2  1849  -  Upton, Cheshire

1871 Census - Upton, Cheshire

The only baptisms for a charles seem to be in Over, near Tarporley.
Son of Charles and Ann in 1810 of Winsford, Butcher
Son of George and Mary in 1814 of Warton, Farmer
Son of John and Sarah in 1815 of Darnhall, Labourer

Miriam was my grandmothers youngest sister, she married Seth Thomas and they had no children.  Miriam died aged 59, Seth went before her,  my father bought his car from her as she couldn’t drive
