Which member of the family are you asking about? Your posting lists  Sophia at the top above the full enumeration. Is it her or her parents yuo want?

If "Both Husband and wife Sophia died 1903" who are we seeing on the 1911 census?

Not clear who you want census years prior and after for - there isn't a prior one for Sophia as she was only 7 in 1871.

However 1881 there is a Sophia age 17 who is a general servant with a Jones family in West Brom.

1891 she is age 26 servant with the Whittles family in Aston.
