That Defendant was found on the licensed premises of one John Jenkins at Market Square Ballinasloe in said county where intoxicating liquor is licensed to be sold during a period wherein said premises are required by law to be closed towit? at or about the hour of 9 o’clock pm on Sunday the 10th day of January 1915.
