What does this marriage license say?

This is from a marriage license from 1737. A widowed farmer intended to marry a 22 year old spinster. I can read "She is no... H? (?) and he has the consent of her...parents to marry her". Can anyone read the word following "no"?

Ah yes, I can see that now. Seems obvious now you've said it  What a strange thing to clarify. I suppose they're making it clear he isn't marrying her for her money.

The wording is consistent with a Marriage Allegation rather than the Licence itself.

The phrases in question are:

...& y^t she is no Heiress & y^t he has y^e free Consent
her parents [sic] to marry her...

y^e = the

I have one like this for one of my ancestors written in 1736 - I see yours was 1737.
I'd never come across it before in all the licences I've looked at.
Mine not only says she is 'no heiress' , but goes on to compound it, to say 'and has no prospects'!
It's a very unusual thing to find.
I wonder if there was some reason behind this around this point in time?
Something may have happened that necessitated putting in a clause like that?

The couple married in Alfreton in Derbyshire, although the groom was of Nottinghamshire, so not far from Derby. Very interesting!
