Hi
Did Isabella have one son named Martin born Kirkpatrick Fleming on 30th August 1793?
If so, I believe she was born to John Burnet and Elizabeth Fairlee at Garvald on 3rd October 1749.
They are all shown on Family Search.  Check it out for yourself.  The family appeared to have moved around Dumfries-shire quite a lot.  Was Robert an Ag Lab?

I presume you have Martin Jardine's birth certificate showing his parents and when they were married?
You have to establish the line back to his great grandmother through his parents and grandparents before you can go on to his great grandparents.

On SP Joseph Jardine married Jane Irving 1862 Annan, Jane being a daughter of Martin Irving (b1795 to Robert Irving and Isabel Burnet).
Joseph Jardine was a ploughman on 1861 census at Kilnknowe, Annan where Martin Irving was the farmer along with his family and also his brother John Irving. Martin Irving was married to Ann Patterson 1822 Dalton. Irving family at Kilnknowe 1851,61, and 71 census.

Garvald is a parish in East Lothian (formerly Haddingtonshire).

See https://www.geograph.org.uk/gridref/NT5870 and adjacent maps and

Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.
