I had another post going trying to dechiper the birth place in the 1951 census. And Annette showed that there are actually three different William Elden Rumps. So I'm going to look into the other two she suggested.

Little update. Looking around. The 1814 William Elden Rump - looks like he had an older sister named Rebecca.That might be where  Harriet Rebecca Rump got her name. As one of Mary Anne's sister was a Harriet.
