1568 will & inventory

I'm hoping someone will be able to transcribe this will and the inventory for William Graham. I can just about make out the first two or three lines of both documents, but after that I'm lost.
Both docs cropped and shrunk to 70% to get them under 500k, so I hope the quality is OK.
I'll attach the inventory in my next post.

For 'mertes and preceyosse blode chedyn' read 'merits and precious blood shedding'.
For 'heltte of my salle', read 'health of my soul'.

Anyone know why the word that should be 'son'/'sonne' after Raffe, looks like 'stone', or even 'scone'?

I wonder if the 'Ay^r' that appears in both the will and the inventory, is something like 'Master'? It would make sense that he's paying him the rent, and also leaving him one of his cattle in the body of the will as a heriot, which was customary
There is no 'M' in front of the word, but that would seem to be the meaning.

Is this Northumberland Kinsy?
I love the way his daughters ('dowttes') are called 'wenches'!
I thought that was only in Devon!

It's from Wetheral in Cumberland. I'd love to know what their accent sounded like.
Now all I have to do is work out whether he is actually our ancestor or not  There were so many William and John Grahams in Wetheral, and many of the families were apparently unrelated, so it's difficult untangling them all. But v.exciting when we do.

It's scone, I think, and probably should be read as a soft c.

Also, I would lean towards wyll(yam) storrowe as the second witness.
