Hi I would like to find out more information about Isabella Henshaw born  about 1723 Loughborough she married John Holt. Can anybody help me find more information about isabellas family thanks

What else do you know?  E.g when and where did she marry? Who were the witnesses at the marriage, if any?  How do you know she was born about 1723, and how do you know she was born in Loughborough?

I found this which has the names of Holt and Henshaw among others, but 16th century which is too early for you at present, though may prove useful sometime, or to others.

The marriage was by Licence - John is said to be a bachelor and aged above 20, Isabella is a spinster and aged 21 and upwards.  Both are said to be of parish of Loughborough.  Images available for the Bond and Allegation on FindMyPast.  The marriage took place at St Martin, Leicester - 26 May 1744 - again the image is on FindMyPast.
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!

Thanks and yes Bumblebee thats where I got the information about her from but thats all I have. I would like to find out if I can find any more information about her. I have tried looking at baptism records for her in Loughborough but couldn't find anything.
