If the 2 parts are together (Draper) then "Jailor" could very well be "Tailor" ?

Yes it's tailor;"dealer" has been added later as a trade classification

Thank you for the prompt reply and to say spot on looking at other documents and sources its a transcription error so not Jailor but Tailor so again thank you

not a transcription error - a shift in time.   I learned to write from 1952 onwards and the script style for the letter T only changed to a cross bar along the top when we Printed in Capital letters.
