Frustrated help please with marriage record/cert

Hi everyone I am quite new to this but I am so frustrated that I cannot seem to locate a marriage record or cert for my great grandparents any help would be greatly appreciated. Mary's maiden name was Jones link attached for the census record I have.

The census lists their marriage as in 1891 and in 1911 they were living in Chirk which  was in the Wrexham Reg District so this might be a possiblity  :-\
John Morris - 1 poss wife Mary Jones
Marriages Mar 1891    Wrexham    11b   340

possible for the 1891 census, address Pandyucha, marriage entry is Pant Uchaf, matching place of birth of first 2 sons, Joseph & John.
