Birth Information Henry BACKLER (b 1859 (ish) d 1930)

Trying to find information on Henry Backler.
I have found him in the 1871, 1881, 1891 and 1901 census records.
Each one states that he was born in Bristol.
I have quite a lot of information on his father, William Henry Backler.
This branch of the Backlers were from Walsall/Birmingham.
I cannot think any reason as to why Henry Backler would be born in Bristol.
Perhaps Henry was illegitimate and his birth was never recorded.
I have never been able to find anything about Henry's mother either.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I can't seem to find a Henry Backler born c1859 Bristol unless the surname is incorrectly spelled.

Does his father's name come from a marriage certificate or somewhere else?

There is a Henry Backler marriage on freebmd December qtr 1859 Bristol 6a 162 to Ann Offer

The father William appears to be born in Bristol. Henry was born William Henry in Birmingham IN 1844., the GRO has the name spelt BACKLER

Bristol is a County in it’s own right, but has been variously said  to be in Somerset, Avon or Gloucestershire by Bristolians.

There is a Henry BUCKLER bap. Walcot, Bath, Somerset 30 July 1820, base born son of Elizabeth BUCKLER.

The OP doesn’t give any indication of year of birth, without more information I can do no more tonight.
