Finding a marriage
« on: Monday 02 November 20 10:23 GMT (UK) »
Help this is a long shot
I know John Needle served with 14th Dragoons in Ireland from 1815 - 1819.
He has been identified moving between Monaghan, Dundalk and  Portobelo Barracks Dublin during that time. He returned to England about June 1819.
He had a daughter baptised in 1820 in Richmond giving his wife as Bridget on later occasions she was Elizabeth born 1793 in Londonderry
Can anyone suggest how I can find their marriage and so her surname?
I did look in the military marriages in Kew back in 2008 but only for John and Elizabeth not Bridget
I will be grateful for any clues where to look
Thank you
