Wilkins family Tisbury help

Jane Dew nee Wilkins married John Dew in Tisbury Wiltshire 1814. I am trying to find her parents I believe she was born 1796 in Tisbury to William & Mary Wilkins but I can’t find any documents to back this up I.e to say they are definitely her parents or dob. I would really appreciate any help or info on the Wilkins family from that area at the time,

Witnesses to the marriage were Stephen Wilkins & Mary Wilkins have you been able to link them to your Mary

Because it’s before censuses etc I don’t know how to find a link that far back. Do you have any tips please

Parish registers are the main source of information prior to 1841.  To see if Stephen is a possible sibling you would have to locate a baptism with the same parents.  Mary could be a sister or mother.
